It's about time this boy takes care of his personal matters.

I need to get Lucas more involved with His private affairs, apparently He does not provide His insurance carrier complete information(Probably on purpose) and does not answer calls from it's representatives. After a few unsuccessful attempts at speaking to him they figured out e-mail was the way to get Him so, they sent this message...
